Imani Love

Imani Love

Imani helps organizations elevate their service delivery. As a passionate social worker, she has a strong commitment to serving youth and families in the District. For over 10 years, Imani has successfully developed innovative ways to educate and empower vulnerable communities through program implementation, including the workforce development programs for young mothers and public housing tenants that promote career success and economic self-sufficiency. She loves improving life outcomes through her extensive knowledge of client engagement, youth development, professional self-care, cultural competency, capacity building, homeless populations, and quality assurance. She holds a bachelors degree in sociology from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Social Work from Howard University. Her favorite foods include Ethiopian, soul food, and Indian cuisine. She believes there isn't a lack of brilliance in the low-income communities, there's a lack of access.
