The Catalogue for Philanthropy: Greater Washington is the region's only locally focused guide to giving and volunteering. Since 2003, it has raised more than $40 million for its network of vetted charities, which are evaluated for excellence by a team of over 120 local experts. Each charity is assessed for impact, community need and financial transparency.

Based on our rigorous review process, we believe that the Playtime Project is one of the best community-based nonprofits in the region,” said Matt Gayer, Director of Community and Nonprofit Development at the Catalogue for Philanthropy.
