Lucas Garrison

Lucas Garrison

Lucas Garrison, a Montgomery County native, turned his passion for music into a successful career as an editor for premiere internet music publication, a Digital Content Editor for an independent record label, as well as PR representative for artists. Lucas joined Playtime in Spring of 2024 as a Play Ranger Volunteer and was so impacted by his time, he wanted to contribute in a larger capacity; he sprung the chance to join the team as a Program Support Coordinator. Lucas is excited to learn more about the ins and outs of Playtime as an organization, while still getting to hold babies, make kids laugh, and play "monster tag." Outside of playtime, he loves yoga, cheering on DC sports teams (for better or worse), trying new restaurants, and perusing thrift stores for new (old) sweaters.

Our impact in 2024

Thanks to the support of generous staff, volunteers, and donors, Playtime made a huge impact in 2024.
